Dinner

Tomato, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad with Mint
Ribeye Steak with Garlic Rosemary Rub
Garlic Bread
Rice Pilaf
Let you know how it goes.

I forgot to put the rice on, so we just went with the meat and salad and man was it fantastic. The mint was a nice taste in the salad. I may throw in some mozzarella in next time. If you don't want a bowl of leftovers after dinner for two, cut down the ingredients.
The rub was just about enough for two steaks and crusted nicely in the broiler. I worried the steak wasn't getting done enough so I flipped them over and had to replace the rub when I pulled off the steaks, but that may just be my old oven. It was delicious but I'd probably put in less salt next time.

Topped off with a Sebastiani Merlot. I'm not too good describing wines, but I was upset that I only got to drink half the bottle. :)
